Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days of order receipt. We will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking when we hand it off to a carrier. 

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are typically shipped via UPS 2-Day, USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS Ground, depending on your location.

We ship within the lower 48 states of the United States only. 

All items are refrigerated before packaging and are shipped in an insulated container with ice packs. 

3. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Package Protection

By selecting Package Protection your package is covered against loss, damage and/or theft. Sunja's will not be liable for orders where the Package Protection option is disabled.
