Sunja’s Kimchi & Rice

Make some sushi style rice; Add some frozen baby peas to the rice after the rice is cooked; add sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and chopped scallions.

Mix together well in skillet on the stove.

Serve on plate with chopped cucumbers as a garnish. Put some medium spicy cabbage kimchee on the side and you’re good to go.
